Call for Nominations
2025-2026 OATE Outstanding Research & Scholarship Award
Celebrate individuals who have demonstrated excellence in research and academic inquiry within the field of education.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated excellence in original research, scholarly work, or creative activity.
- Significant contributions to advancing knowledge or practice in the field of education.
- Evidence of impact through publications, presentations, grants, or public scholarship.
Who can nominate:
Nominations can be submitted by faculty, colleagues, administrators, and research collaborators.
Nomination Submission Process:
- A nomination letter addressed to the OATE selection committee (maximum two single-space pages) describing how the nominee demonstrates excellence in research and scholarship based on the award criteria described above.
- A statement of research and scholarship philosophy from the nominee (maximum two single-spaced pages)
- Nominee’s C.V.
Nomination Deadline: April 20. 2026
